Per the City of Napa’s Regulations, we are open to medical patients only. Email a copy of a valid government-issued driver’s license, identification card, or passport.

You can also join online by going to our online store in the “Order Online” tab. From there, you will be directed to our online store where you can browse our menu, and if you would like, place an order for Express In-Store Pickup!

Please be sure to include a copy of your doctor's letter of recommendation along with your valid government-issued driver’s license, identification card, or passport.

Bring in a copy of your valid state-issued photo ID and doctor's letter of recommendation to Eagle Eye - Napa during regular business hours.

We will accept a card from the doctor as long as we are able to verify.

Don’t have a recommendation? We have partnered with Green Leaf to provide recommendations on-site. We have tablets set up so that you are able to quickly chat with a doctor and receive a recommendation for qualifying conditions.

When bringing in your doctor's recommendation, either online or in person, the processing time varies. Some recommendations offer quick 24-hr online verification, while others are only verifiable Monday through Friday during the doctor's office business hours. Depending on your doctor, verification may take up to one week.

You will receive your Eagle Eye - Napa membership card that is linked to your account. We ask that you keep this card with you as it makes it easier to help you with in-store check-in’s and express orders.
